The Lottery Library

Welcome to the Library!

Here's where you can find the comprehensive list of Stuff People Donated. Each year our sponsors get more and more generous, and now Pat just can't fit all that awesome into his blog. But we have it all here for you to peruse at your leisure!

Everything you see here is on the table. For each $10 donation you give through our Team Heifer page, your name gets entered into the lottery. Donate $50, you have 5 chances of winning. Donate $1,000 and your name is in the hat 100 times. We have had folks who donated $20 walk away with highly sought-after, signed, limited edition books. Fortune favors the...something. Bold? Fortunate?

Click on any cover or photo to see the information page on the item--you'll find out what it is, who donated it and why it's awesome. If it's an auction, you'll find it on our eBay Seller's Page. But please keep in mind--only the latest update is still available. Our auctions start Thursdays at 7pm CST (that's 5pm eBay time) and run for 10 days, ending the following Sunday evening. So check our Seller's Page often, and bid on the items you want right away--once they're gone, that's it.

Happy browsing!

Fan-Donated Awesomeness

Our fans are some of the greatest people in the world, and they continue to be wonderful by generously throwing donations at us. A lot of these goodies are signed or limited or otherwise just full of cool.

Prime Books

For years, Prime has been sending us literal tons of books, and we love to feature them in various ways. This year, we're throwing 100 each of the following books into the lottery.

Three Threes

We weren't planning on doing anything special this year as far as Rothfuss-related special items, but it seems like people have been holding off on donating under the assumption that we were going to throw something special in halfway through the fundraiser. So we're giving in to peer pressure and doing Three Threes: three sets of currency, three Stealth Rothfuss books, and three favor rings. Just select the drop-down option during your donation survey to be included. We know a bunch of you have kicked in already, so if you kick in a again and ask to be included, we’ll make sure all your donations count toward this drawing.

The Heifer Way

We believe all people deserve dignity, opportunity, and a future free from hunger. We believe we provide the tools of transformation to bring about that opportunity. We believe one cow can transform a life. But we know one animal alone doesn’t lead to sustainable change.

We believe in equipping our people with the tools, education and livestock to bring about positive transformation. Together, through every small step forward, we’re transforming the world for the better. That's real impact.

That is the Power Over Poverty.
